For companies

Sell memberships without building your own system

A gym, a course provider or a customer club has members who pay and renew. Registra takes the payment, keeps the register and gives customers a page of their own, on your address and in your colours.

What you start with

When you create your organization you pick what kind it is, and that decides what is switched on from the start. Nothing is locked: tell us, and we switch on what is off.

Search, filter and export. Every change is saved with who made it.

  • Applications and member portalAlways included

An application page on your address, and a page of their own where members renew and correct their details.

  • PermissionsAlways included

Administrators, people responsible for one part of the organization, and read-only access for an auditor or board.

  • Activity logAlways included

Who did what and when, even after the record is gone.

  • Fees through StripeOn

Free, a one-off fee or automatic renewal, paid into your own Stripe account.

  • Email campaignsOn

Email everyone or a selection, scheduled, with delivery shown per recipient.

  • AnalyticsOn

  • ImportOn

Read in a spreadsheet and see what will be created before anything is written.

  • UnitsOff at start

Split the register into parts with their own leads and their own figures, and see everything together or one part at a time.

  • MUCF grant figuresOff at start

The figures for the Swedish state grant to children's and youth organizations, checked against the ordinance.

  • AI assistantAdd-on

Ask the register in plain language. It reads, and never changes anything.

Paid every period, by itself

The customer picks a membership and pays by card when they join. Renewal happens automatically, and the money goes to your own Stripe account.

  • Several tiers with their own prices, as a one-off fee or automatic renewal.
  • The overview shows failed payments, so you can get in touch in time.
  • Revenue over time in analytics.

Customers manage their own details

On the member portal customers see their membership and correct their details, signed in with a link in the email. No password questions for you.

  • A sign-up page on your address, in your colours and with your logo.
  • Your own questions at sign-up, with the answers kept on the customer.
  • The membership card and how long the membership lasts, on the member portal.

A register, not a CRM project

Registra is built for memberships: who is in, what they have paid and when they renew. You can get going in an afternoon.

  • Read in your customer list from a spreadsheet, with a test run first.
  • Emails to everyone or a selection, and a sync to Brevo if you already use it.
  • Permissions for your staff and an activity log of who did what.

Frequently asked questions

What do you charge on payments?

1.5% of each payment, and Stripe takes its own fee on top. The money is paid into your own Stripe account.

Can we have several membership tiers?

Yes. Each tier has its own price and is paid as a one-off fee or renews automatically.

We have several locations. Does that work?

Yes. Units with their own leads are off at the start for companies, because most do not need them. Tell us and we switch them on.
