One membership register for the whole federation
When every local association keeps its own list, no figure is right. In Registra the associations sit under the national organisation, members belong to their association, and every figure can be read for the whole federation or one association at a time.
One association at a time, or all at once
The national organisation sees the whole federation, and the same views can be narrowed to a single association.
- A comparison table across all associations: members, share, growth, renewal rate, 6–25 and revenue.
- Analytics on growth, renewals and revenue, for the federation or per association.
- The MUCF figures are counted per association, so you can see which meet the requirements and which pull the share down.
Association leaders with their own login
An association leader is invited to their own associations and works there, without seeing the rest of the federation.
- They add and edit members in their own associations.
- Personal identity numbers are not shown to them, and they cannot reach settings, payments, imports or mailings.
- A member can only be moved to an association the leader looks after.
Read-only access for the auditor and board
Whoever needs to review but not change gets read-only access, for the whole federation or limited to some associations.
- Sees members, analytics, the MUCF report and the activity log.
- Sees no personal identity numbers and cannot change anything.
- The scope is stored, so someone with access to two associations never suddenly sees the whole federation.
Traceable from day one
When many people work in the same register, you need to see who did what.
- Every change is written to an activity log that keeps the names even after the record is gone.
- Members' own changes on their member page are logged too, with which fields changed but not what they changed to.

Frequently asked questions
What does Registra cost for a federation?
Federation costs from 19 900 kr per year, with unlimited associations and members and every module included. Local associations and leaders can also be added as a module on Association, for 4 500 kr per year.
Can an association leader delete members?
No. Deleting a member also removes their renewal history, which the MUCF figures and revenue rely on, so only administrators can do it.
Do association leaders see personal identity numbers?
No. Personal identity numbers are not shown to association leaders, neither in the list nor when they edit a member.
