Membership register for associations and federations
Members, fees, MUCF grant figures and your members' own portal in one register. Built for Swedish associations.
Free up to 50 members · No card needed
- Built for Swedish föreningar and förbund
- MUCF grant figures and audit samples
- Fees to the association's own Stripe account
- A member portal for your members
How it works
From the spreadsheet to finished grant figures, without anyone spending a week in Excel.
Do you meet the MUCF requirements? Try it.
Registra keeps the figures for the state grant all year and checks them against the ordinance. Here is an invented federation: leave an association out and see what happens.
- Age is counted the way MUCF counts it: the age the member turns during the year.
- An association that fails the requirements leaves both the numerator and the denominator.
- The auditor's sample is drawn from a seed the auditor can choose.

One federation, every local association, one register
Local associations sit under the national organisation instead of in separate systems. Members belong to their association, and every figure can be read either for the whole federation or one association at a time.
- A comparison table across all associations: members, share, growth, renewal rate, 6–25 and revenue.
- Association leaders add and edit members in their own associations, without seeing personal identity numbers or reaching settings, payments and mailings.
- Give the auditor or the board read-only access, for the whole federation or a few associations. They see members, analytics, the MUCF report and the activity log, but no personal identity numbers.

What your members see
The application page and the member portal in your colour, on your address. Type a name and pick a colour.
The member portal: members look after themselves
- Signing in is a link in an e-mail. No password to create or forget.
- Renew, see the membership card and how long the membership is valid.
- Members correct their own name, phone and address.

Ask your register in plain language
The assistant reads the same figures as the reports in Registra, answers with key figures and always shows where they come from.
- It reads but never changes anything in the register.
- The language model runs in Google's EU regions and never sees personal identity numbers or contact details.
- Ask straight from the search box with ⌘K, or open the panel with ⌘J.
Pick a question above to see how the assistant answers.

Reminders go out by themselves
To everyone or a selection, with a deadline you choose. Members renew with a link.
The figures are counted all year
Age as MUCF counts it, per association and county, checked against the ordinance.
One register instead of five spreadsheets
Members, fees, mailings, grant figures and your members' own page in one place, for the whole federation or one association at a time.

Built for Swedish rules
Personal identity numbers, state grants and membership fees all come with rules. Registra was built around them from the start, not adapted afterwards.
- Personal identity numbers only where neededAssociation leaders and read-only users don't see them, and they are never given to the AI assistant.
- MUCF's ordinance (2011:65)Share aged 6–25, eligible members and counties, associations left out, and the auditor's sample.
- AI in Google's EU regionsThe assistant reads and changes nothing. Conversations nobody has touched for a year are deleted.
- The money goes to the associationFees are paid to the association's own Stripe account, not ours.
- TraceableAn activity log showing who did what, even after the record is gone.

Frequently asked questions
Do members need an account?
No. Members apply, confirm their address and renew through links sent to their e-mail. To see their membership they sign in to their member page with a link in an e-mail, so there is no password to create or lose.
How are members counted in the MUCF report?
By the date they joined, up to and including 31 December of the reporting year, and by the age they turn during the year. Members who left during the year are not subtracted - the register stores no leaving date - and the report says so as clearly as this does.
What does a state grant from MUCF require?
For organisational grants to children's and youth organisations (ordinance 2011:65), at least 60 per cent of members must be aged 6–25, at least 1 000 members must be eligible, and member associations must be spread over at least five counties, among other things. Registra counts the shares and totals continuously and shows which associations fall short. Requirements such as democratic statutes and an elected board are facts about the association that you judge yourselves.
Who receives the membership fees?
Your association. Fees are collected through your own Stripe account and payouts go to your account, not ours.
Can we bring over our existing member list?
Yes, from Excel or CSV, for example an export from eBas or another system. You map the columns yourselves, decide what unknown values should mean, and see exactly what will be created, skipped or rejected before anything is written.
Can a local association have its own login?
Yes. An association leader adds and edits members in their own associations. Personal identity numbers are not shown to them, and they cannot reach settings, payments, imports or mailings.
Can the auditor or the board get access?
Yes, with read-only access to the whole organisation or limited to some associations. They see members, analytics, the MUCF report and the activity log but no personal identity numbers, and cannot change anything. The MUCF audit sample is also drawn from a seed the auditor can choose.
How are personal identity numbers handled?
The personal identity number is used to work out age for the MUCF figures and to find duplicates. Administrators can see it, but association leaders and read-only users cannot, and it is never given to the AI assistant.
What does the AI assistant see?
Figures from the register, and when it looks up members their name, status and association, but never personal identity numbers or contact details. The language model runs in Google's EU regions, it changes nothing, and conversations nobody has touched for a year are deleted. The assistant is switched on per organisation and used by administrators.
We are several associations under one federation. Does that work?
That is exactly what Registra is built around. Local associations sit under the national organisation, members belong to their association, and every figure can be read for the whole federation or one association at a time.
