AI assistant
Ask your member register, get answers with sources
The assistant answers questions about your members, fees, mailings and MUCF figures in plain language. It reads the same figures as the reports and always shows where they come from.

Questions you would otherwise build filters for
Most things you want to know about a register are a question, not a report. The assistant takes the question and fetches the answer from the register.
- "How many women under 26 do we have per association?"
- "Who hasn't renewed this year, and how much have we taken in fees?"
- "Do we meet the MUCF requirements, and what happens if we exclude the smallest association?"
Figures you can trust
A language model should not count members from memory. Every figure in an answer comes from a query against the register, and the answer says which.
- Key figures and tables in the answer, and links to the pages in Registra where the figures live.
- It reads but never changes anything in the register.
- Suggested follow-up questions, and a new answer if the first one wasn't enough.
Personal data and where it is processed
The assistant is built to see as little as possible.
- The language model runs in Google's EU regions, and a deployment pointed anywhere else refuses to start.
- It never sees personal identity numbers or contact details. When it looks up members it gets their name, status and association.
- Conversations nobody has touched for a year are deleted automatically.
Where you already work
The assistant sits in a panel beside the register, so the answer stays put while you click on.
- Ask straight from the search box with ⌘K, or open the panel with ⌘J.
- The conversation follows you between pages and can be opened full page.
- Available to administrators in organisations that have switched it on.
Frequently asked questions
Can the assistant change anything in the register?
No. It can only read, using the same queries as the reports in Registra.
Are personal identity numbers sent to the AI model?
No. The assistant's tools never hand out personal identity numbers or contact details. It gets figures, and when looking up members their name, status and association.
Who can use the assistant?
Administrators in organisations that have the assistant switched on. It is switched on per organisation.
