For federations

The whole federation in one register, each association on its own

The local associations sit under the national body instead of in a spreadsheet each. They look after their own members, the head office sees the whole, and the grant figures are counted while the year is running.

The comparison table between local associations, with members, growth, renewal rate and share aged 6–25 per association.

What you start with

When you create your organization you pick what kind it is, and that decides what is switched on from the start. Nothing is locked: tell us, and we switch on what is off.

  • ImportOn

Read in a spreadsheet and see what will be created before anything is written.

  • AI assistantAdd-on

Ask the register in plain language. It reads, and never changes anything.

Associations look after their own members

A local lead logs in and works in their own association. The rest of the federation is not visible to them, and what concerns the whole federation stays with the head office.

  • Local leads add and edit members in their own associations.
  • They do not see personal identity numbers and cannot reach settings, payments, imports or campaigns.
  • An auditor or the federation board can get read-only access, to the whole federation or to some associations.

Every figure for the federation or one association

Members belong to their association, so everything in Registra can be read at both levels without anyone adding anything up by hand.

  • A comparison table of all associations: members, growth, renewal rate, share aged 6–25 and revenue.
  • The overview shows members who have not renewed and applications that are stuck, per association.
  • Export the whole federation or one association at a time.

The MUCF figures are counted all year

The organization grant is based on the members of the associations. Registra counts the figures continuously and checks them against the ordinance, association by association.

  • Share aged 6–25, qualifying members and counties, in total and per association.
  • See what excluding an association does to the figures, before you do it.
  • The auditor's sample is drawn from a seed, so you can show it was not hand-picked.

Frequently asked questions

Can we move the associations' lists over?

Yes. Read in one file per association, or one file for the whole federation with a column for association. You see what will be created, skipped or rejected before anything is written, and on the Federation plan we do the move for you.

What does it cost for a federation?

The Federation plan costs SEK 19,900 a year with 5,000 members and SEK 2,500 per started thousand beyond that, with unlimited local associations. Modules are added as needed. The fees your members pay go to your own Stripe account.

Do the associations have to use Registra themselves?

No. The head office can run the whole register, and the associations that want to get their own login for their members. You can start with a few associations and add more.
