The member portal, where a member sees their membership, renews and corrects their details.

What you start with

When you create your organization you pick what kind it is, and that decides what is switched on from the start. Nothing is locked: tell us, and we switch on what is off.

  • Member registerAlways included

Search, filter and export. Every change is saved with who made it.

  • Applications and member portalAlways included

An application page on your address, and a page of their own where members renew and correct their details.

  • PermissionsAlways included

Administrators, people responsible for one part of the organization, and read-only access for an auditor or board.

  • Activity logAlways included

Who did what and when, even after the record is gone.

  • Fees through StripeOn

Free, a one-off fee or automatic renewal, paid into your own Stripe account.

  • Email campaignsOn

Email everyone or a selection, scheduled, with delivery shown per recipient.

  • AnalyticsOn

Growth, renewal rate, revenue and demographics, for the whole organization or one part.

  • MUCF grant figuresOn

The figures for the Swedish state grant to children's and youth organizations, checked against the ordinance.

  • ImportOn

Read in a spreadsheet and see what will be created before anything is written.

  • SectionsOff at start

Split the register into parts with their own leads and their own figures, and see everything together or one part at a time.

  • AI assistantAdd-on

Ask the register in plain language. It reads, and never changes anything.

Members do the work themselves

Whoever wants to join applies on your page. Whoever is already a member renews with a link in the email or on the member portal. Nobody has to copy a paper form.

  • An application page on your address, a version to embed on your website and a QR code for posters.
  • Your own questions in the application, with the answers kept on the member.
  • Members correct their own name, phone and address on the member portal, signed in with a link in the email.

Fees come in without chasing

The membership fee is paid by card when the member applies or renews, and the money goes to the association's own Stripe account.

  • Free membership, a one-off fee or automatic renewal.
  • Reminders go to those who have not renewed, with a deadline you choose.
  • The overview shows who has not renewed and which payments failed.

Easy to hand over

Everything sits in one register with permissions, not in someone's private inbox or laptop. When the board changes, invite the new members and remove the old.

  • Invite the board as administrators and the auditor with read-only access.
  • The activity log shows who did what, even after the record is gone.
  • Export the register whenever you like.

Frequently asked questions

What does it cost?

Free up to 100 members, with no card and no time limit. After that, Association costs SEK 400 a month, however many you become. The fees your members pay go to your own Stripe account; we take 1.5% of each payment.

Do members need an account?

No. They apply, confirm their address and renew through links in the email, and sign in to the member portal with a link. There is no password to forget.

We have sections or branches. Does that work?

Yes. Sections are off at the start for a standalone association, because most do not have any. Tell us and we switch them on, and each section can get its own lead.
